Special considerations
For your comfort, robes and slippers are provided during spa treatments. Special attention to your privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed during all body treatments and massage.
Cancellations
we request at least 24 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations. Otherwise, we must charge for the service. Spa and wedding packages require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Late Appointments
For those arriving late for appointments, time will be deducted from their scheduled service. If you are more than 20 minutes late you will be required to schedule another appointment and are charged full price of the previously scheduled service.
Children
Bella Salon & Spa is a place to relax and indulge. For the comfort of all guests we ask that children be in the salon or spa only if the child is receiving services and only for the duration of the child's services. We want you to receive undivided attention to our quality services.
Cell Phones
We want our environment to be as relaxing and enjoying as possible. Please turn your cell phone off and enjoy your service.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards expire 6 months after purchase date, unless otherwise stated, and cannot be extended.
Teamwork
At Bella, we work together as a team. We invite you to try out different stylists, nail technicians, and massage therapist. Let us know so that we can advise the best technician for you.
